While the selected item is typically available from our supplier warehouses, we still need to confirm availability of the specified quantities.
In most cases, the item was still available in sufficient quantities during our last stock check, however, some items move faster than others, which can impact availability if stock was already low at the time of our last check.
For this reason:
- If the desired quantities are available from the Gauteng warehouse and you pay for your order before 9.30 am, we might be able to have the item ready for collection on the same day/delivery to a major centre next business day.
- If the item is not available from the Gauteng warehouse, the item will be ready for collection/delivery to a major centre in 3-5 business days.
- If the item the desired quantities are not available, we might be able to place a backorder. This will impact the delivery timeframe. We will advise you accordingly.
